I fell in love with the game of volleyball after my high school basketball teammate convinced me to try it out my freshman year. I poured in countless hours to not only develop physical skills, but the mental strategy to succeed. As an undersized middle, I believe that being smarter and more mentally prepared for the game of volleyball is the recipe for success. As a coach, I ensure that players not only understand HOW to do a skill, but WHY they should do it a certain way and WHEN to use it! Without mental knowledge of the game, it is hard to be successful. I have coached every level of player, ranging from brand new all the way to D1 college commits, so I am well prepared to make sure each player gets better and can continue on their journey.
